The Victorian Small Business Commissioner (VSBC) is an independent office established by the State Government. It provides information and support on dispute resolution between businesses as well as a low-cost mediation service. 
The VSBC presents regular public information sessions to help small and medium businesses understand what can be done to resolve commercial disputes and the avenues of resolution available to them.
The VSBC deals with all types of commercial disputes including leases, farm debt, owner driver contracts, franchises, supply agreements, distribution and wholesale agreements, licensing agreements.
